Question... Dear Lori, Should I choose Cardio or Weight Training if I only have time for one?
Answer... BOTH! They are each important! Don’t rest between sets while lifting. You may opt for a circuit workout and keep your heart rate up as well. Or, you could jump rope between sets. So, you don’t have to choose ….JUST DO IT!
